Treatment Charter

• We will carry out treatment to the highest standard and return your patient back to you for their on-going care.
• If your practice is offering any of the treatments that we offer, we will not offer those treatments to your patients unless you request us to.
• Referring practitioners will be invited to our study clubs and receive discounts on any courses we run from the practice.
• We are always at the end of the phone for any advice or help. We also welcome feedback on our services.
• We will provide you with four easy ways to refer (online, by phone, by fax or by post), on receipt of the referral we will liase with your patients to provide them with a convenient appointment and we will write back to you confirming reciept of the referral.
• We will keep you up to date with your patient’s treatment.
• We will provide your patients with a written teatment plan, and the patient will also receive a detailed estimate of the cost.
• If they cannot afford the treatment we will endeavour to provide them with a more economical alternative or a payment plan to allow them to continue with the treatment. We can offer 0% finance.
