Peter had a very unusual bite and for years was wearing an overdenture over his own broken teeth to allow his teeth to meet. He had a history of broken teeth and loose dentures and a poor appearing smile.

John was scared of the dentist and had not attended for over 20 years. Roger was very unhappy with his smile. He had very discoloured uneven teeth which prevented him smiling. Instead he would close his lips in photos and put on a false smile.
