Congratulations to Rik Trivedi at Parrock Street Dental & Implant Centre for Passing the prestigious masters level Diploma in Implant dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons London and being awarded the qualification DipImpDent Rcs (Lon)

“I love our beautiful practice, but i have always wanted my dream practice. After many years of re-investing in our practice with the support of our loyal patients, my wife and our lovely staff  I have decided to design and build my dream practice. Life is short, if not now then when?”

The Practice

We are in the process of expanding our existing practice and relocating to the building next door at 189 Parrock Street. Building works started in April 2010 and are expected to complete this September.

The new bespoke dental practice has been designed by the award winning London architect Richard Mitzman ( http://www.richardmitzman.com ) who himself is a dentist. The advantage of this is that we have designed the entire practice with our patients in mind to create a “WOW” environment of luxury.

The new practice will have a large waiting room and reception area, 5 brand new surgeries, 2 consultation rooms, an xray room and a seperate decontamination /sterilisation room for the highest hygiene standards. The practice is on the ground floor and is fully disabled/wheel chair patient friendly. There will be state of the art surgeries with the most advanced technology. There will be plenty of natural light and glass walls and even a landscaped garden.

We feel the new practice would harmonise our practice philosophy more closely “…to enable our patient to achieve optimum health, look good and feel great about their teeth and smiles”. We provide VALUE NHS and FINEST PRIVATE services through our continual training and advanced technology.

The Dentists

Joining our Dental team is Dr. Manmit (Manny) Matharu who will be joining the practice in August. He is a vibrant, bubbly and confident dentist who will fit in well with our energetic, highly trained and customer focused team. He is looking forward to meeting you over the coming months.

The Staff

Following on from our practice expansion we have grown our team of dentists and staff. Laura has joined the customer service team in reception and the surgery. She has extensive experience in customer service and is a lovely, bubbly and happy person who will enhance your experience further at our practice.

We would like to take this oppurtunity to wish our lovely nurse Nicola all the best for the new adventures of motherhood that lie ahead for her. We are also very pleased to welcome back Irene from her maternity leave. She is loving motherhood but missed our lovely patients!

What is BDA good practice?

We are proud to say that we have been members of BDA good practice scheme for the last four years.

To call ourselves a good practice, we have

  • Carefully looked at the service that we provide for our patients and compared it, and ensured it exceeds, against nationally recognised standards of good practice for patient care
  • Prepared a dossier about our practice to show how we are meeting the Good Practice Scheme’s requirements. The BDA asks to see parts of the dossier before we can join the scheme
  • Continued to carry out our own internal checks on working procedures

We continually strive to update our knowledge, skills, techniques, equipment and staff training to offer the very highest customer service and patient care in the Uk dental sector.

Finance- Affordable Ways To Pay For Your Dental Treatment

What is finance and what are the benefits of it?

Finance is an option available to patients where they can obtain a credit amount for the full amount of your investment in your dental care and that is paid back in monthly instalments to the finance company.

Who is eligible?
Just about anyone over the age of 18. You don’t have to belong to a private dental plan and you don’t have to be a regular patient at Parrock Street Dental Care.

What can I use the loan for?
You can use the loan to pay for most dental work, but its particularly suited to more costly private treatments, such as dental implants, orthodontics, aesthtic or cosmetic work. If you’re not sure whether it’s right for treatment than please speak to your dentists or our lovely receptionists who will be happy to help you.

How much can i borrow?
Typically between £500 and £25,000 depending on the course of treatment. This will be subject to an ‘on-the-spot’ credit check. Most patients’ applications are approved there and then, so you can go ahead and schedule treatment immediately.

How do i repay the loan?
Much like any other loan, you repay it in affordable monthly payments over an agreed term. These payments are collected by Direct Debit.

How much will I pay?
You pay the cost of your treatment- no more and no less. Interest-free means just that. However there are many different options that allow you to pay back over an even longer period of time that does have a low interest rate. You can choose whatever option best suits you.

What are the repayment terms?
Your dentist or dental team member will be able to go through the various terms with you and agree the most suitable repayment period.

How do I apply?
Once you’ve agreed on a course of treatment- and a cost- with your dentist, medenta will make a credit application on your behalf. As soon as the credit check is complete and loan processed, you’ll receive written confirmation from the credit provider. Simple as that!

The Practice

The practice is still currently undergoing an external makeover…. (hopefully, it shouldn’t be too much longer until it is finished).

We are expanding and growing to improve our services and facilities for you our patients. So we welcome new patients and the friends and family of our existing patients! We grow through your recommendation.

It is very important for us as a practice to continually grow and improve our service and care to our patients, so we have introduced a Patient Satisfaction Survey. This will give our patients the opportunity to make suggestions for improvements or pass on compliments and positive feedback of their experience at Parrock Street Dental Care, so we can review the comments and improve our services for them accordingly.

The Dentists

Joining our Dental team is Dr Sheetal Jadhav who has been working within the NHS for the last 3 years, and is also fluent with providing the highest standards of cosmetic and advanced dentistry. She has a fantastic caring nature, bubbly personality and is up-to-date with the latest clinical skills. She is looking forward to meeting you over the coming weeks and months.

The Staff

In addition to our new dentist, we have a few new smiley faces to add to our team, Sadia has joined our team of receptionists and Laura has joined the nursing team as Irene will be on maternity leave in a few weeks time. They both have a lovely caring nature and warm smiles. They will aim to make your experience at Parrock Street Dental Care enjoyable, relaxing and unique.  You will be well looked after as always with them!

I’d like to take this oppurtunity to wish our lovely nurse Irene all the best for the new adventures of motherhood that lie ahead for her. We look forward to welcoming baby Aidan in the coming weeks!!
